Easy except 1 thing.........

Read the WHOLE thing to know how to turn off the lights.Ok so almost all of them I can pass. But how do I launch the sleigh!?!?
I try to LAUNCH it, but it wont work. Help!!!
And to turn off the lights, when it says "Turn off the lights." Press "Off"
